Dans cet épisode-ci son petit nom n'est plus Choupette mais Roméo. Un nom masculin allait mieux pour tomber amoureux de Juliette l'italienne : la Lancia Beta Monte-Carlo. |

if i remember correctly from one of the "filming herbie" or "behind the scenes of herbie" it's where they put the camera so that the driver who's hidden could see where he was driving. |

In each Herbie movie there was always something different about him. For example, the gas cap and the camera disguished as a speaker. |

It's actually not a speaker, it's actually a covered light. you see, originally they drove Herbie from the back seat and the driver had to drive blind, so when they made the second film in '74, they put a fake rally light on Herbie's hood so they could hide a camera for the stunt driver for scenes where Herbie drives alone. When they made the third film they kept it there for continuity but put a black cloth cover over it |
