I checked out this scene and the bus in the main shot really is a toy model as sixcyl said. The interior shot is in an RTS, which doesn't match the exterior of a parlor bus, whether it's a toy model or a full sized bus, at all. Here's a couple of shots of that scene in the movie:

The features you can see in both of the images are the tape buttons between the windows and the ridges on the back of the bus to show that it's equipped with an HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) unit, both of which were never included in a parlor bus.

Either it should be renamed to RTS (I don't know if it's made by GMC or TMC) and the main shot changed to an interior of that bus, or this page should be deleted.
