 I watched this movie when I was young, it made a huge impression on me. I knew it as "Battletruck". I loved the scenes with Hunters bike, especialy when he's belting across the plains and wearing the metal armor. It makes me dream of doing that.

The bike is hard to identify, all the bodywork has been modified, but the swing arm looks like an 1980 Suzuki rm. I wish I could see the exhaist pipe, can anyone tell if its a 2 stroke or 4 stroke, or if the sounds are really from that bike or if they dubbed over the sound effects from a different bike.

you serious ? you wanna say the current one is sharper ?

you can see details on the truck much better see those ladders on the side for example , on replacmeent you can count them much easier , and this is old low budget flick, you don't seriously expect full restoration treatment
