 Set in Florida but filmed in Queensland Australia. Mix of Australian and US cars cars with a Magirus Fire engine thrown in to confuse everyone.
Part seen BMW 3 series and Jeep Grand Cherokee

 IMDB lists that it was shipped to cinemas under the name H2O but does not list this name in the AKA list. Should it be included

 No, these "shipping name" are just "codenames", not names known by people who would do the search of the movie.
Same for "working title".

The series is certainly under that name, but the movie isn't.
