ben68 ◊ 2006-10-22 12:44	I watched one "Inspector Lynley" movie yesterday evening on TV. I posted some cars without having the corresponding pic(s), unfortunately. In this movie, Det. Insp. Thomas Lynley drives a light grey Vauxhall Vectra 5-door once and his blue Jensen once as well, and Det. Sgt. Barbara Havers (Lynley's partner) drives her own car, a white Austin (or Rover?) Maestro registered "D653 V?Y" with '?' possibly being equal to 'W', 'M','H','X' or 'N'. Maybe some extra info concerning this car can be found by consulting the UK registration database.

Well, not quite sure that he's driving, indeed (thanks, Gag Halfrunt). There's a shadow on the right seat (the actual driver?)... It's neither his own Jensen seen in some other scenes and some other episodes, nor Barbara's car, and the Vectra is never seen later in the episode. Someone probably gave him a lift... So we have here one more mystery: who's the Vectra's driver? (unmarked police car? Lol) -- Last edit: 2025-02-19 17:21:37
