Filmed on and around Mull. Totally predictable and cliche-filled soppy romance - usually all the things I hate in a film*, but it is an all-time great and somehow gets on my list of favourites. (* apart from a rap soundtrack).

 ^ Supposed to be a factory in London at start of film before she goes to Scotland. A few candidates - Hoover factory - http://manchesterhistory.net/architecture/1930/hooverfactory.html , Firestone - http://www.users.globalnet.co.uk/~garycr/2001/firestone_factory/ . Or might be the Luma Lightbulb factory in Glasgow - http://www.architectureglasgow.co.uk/midcity.lumatower.html . Or none of these .....
