Otoyol Sanayi A.Ş. was a Turkish manufacturer of industrial vehicles whose factory was located in the province of Sakarya, on the Black Sea coast, and whose headquarters were in Istanbul.

The company was established in 1966 as a joint venture between Fiat (27%) and Koç Holding (73%) to locally produce trucks under license from Fiat.

In 2008, the shareholders Fiat Group and Koç Holding decided to move the manufacturing of the Otoyol-Iveco Eurobus midibuses to Otokar, the other Turkish bus manufacturer, in which the Koç Group is a shareholder. After that, the Otoyol company has been dissolved. The Iveco range sold locally is entirely imported.
