It's a mildly customized 1960 Cadillac hardtop. Could be either a DeVille, or Eldorado Seville, but the identifying side trim has been removed. |

I think you can eliminate the Eldorado Seville from the list of possible 1960 Cadillac models. I don't think any customizer in his right mind would attempt to remove the stainless trim from a "Seville" to achieve "cleaner" lines. My guess is a slightly de-chromed "Series 62" coupe or "Coupe de Ville". |
