 Plate looks like Cuban (Cuban-alike at least).

Curious, can it be the 1970s color named "Rosso Ossido"... In this case it will be more safe to consider it as Fiat 126.
By what is visible (and the car isn't in mint condition :P ) , it can be 1977+ Fiat or 1979+ Polski Fiat 126p.
In 1970s (and maybe even till the FL era), 126 was branded in Cuba "Fiat 126".
