1965-1967 license plate position. Edit: finally found 3 Falcon/ Econoline differences that I know that can help us distinguish them better. 1. Fender badge 2. Rear tailgate badge(falcons have 'Falcon' there. Ecos do not) 3. Falcons (1965 brochure) On all trim levels have an automatic step that is under the right doors.
