Interesting to see such an early Kenyan plate before the 1950+ Kxx 123 format. My book does not know when Kenya started issuing plates, but B 1234 indicates an initial Nairobi issue (with later single letters for Nairobi being H, T and W) instead of a sequence following from A 1234 (which was Mombasa). |
