IMI - introduced in 1929 - was the first laundry detergent with sodium phosphate in it. It was produced until 1999 by the Henkel company, and was also produced under the same name in East Germany. In 1932, the Goethe-Schiller memorial in Weimar was cleaned with IMI. |
