Need to confirm the license plate, but working through a pictorial album, my best guess is FBY798, which makes it an AEC Reliance built in 1964 and carrying a locally built Barbara body. http://www.maltaandgozobuses.co.uk/Routebuses/775-799/i-JjRpQTm/A Confirm the license plate and we can get a definite id. 'AEC 505' presumably refers to the 505 engine fitted to many Reliances, although it's no guarantee that that's what's under the bonnet, of course. |
