The back window looks rectangular rather than round ,also it is not a centre door sedan but a fordor sedan so of later production , 1925. |

This is a background vehicle. It's never used by any of the characters and plays no part in the plot. While the man in the picture could well be hiding behind it when it's first shown, he is not actually shown doing so and when he is finally seen some time later he's already beside the car much like in the image and he could as well have come out of the building behind him. |
