This looks like one of the 1995 Caprices used in season 2+ of NYPD Blue: /vehicle_445374-Chevrolet-Caprice-1995.html. Grille and condition matches, as well as the older center caps (the season 3 one and season 4 one were seen in sequences in seasons 2 and 3 as background cars) |
