Headlamps, square windshield corners, door shape and door handles make me think about the 1946+ 208 D (5 tonnes & 7 tonnes models available - R4080 model code): @ 50sParis: Is there any larger view? Or a screenshot with a different viewpoint? -- Last edit: 2016-06-08 03:23:44 |

Thanks for the additional picture, 50sParis, but please, delete the useless parts of a comment when you quote it, all the more when it is just above your answer... Most of the details seem to fit for a 208 D, for me, but these blinkers still puzzle me... Weasel1984's help needed! ![]() |

Thanks for your confidence, for me it is very similar to 208 D too, BUT I don't know all French trucks of 1940s - maybe there was also something else so similar and confusing? ![]() It's a pity that hard to find closer pic of the grille's ribs, to compare their "facture": https://c2.staticflickr.com/4/3770/14110438839_df27f9c079_b.jpg The indicators were perhaps owner's modification, this one also had to be modified this way (except that indicators were placed differently) - same with green truck linked above. -- Last edit: 2016-06-10 18:54:00 |
