 Plate MVM167 returns: 1994. FSR according to VIN (JALFSR32FN3000182). "650" model.

 The model is not FSR 650. The 650 is the carrying capacity. The model name is FSR32 or FSR 32.

Quote Isuzu truck model codes can be hard to identify. The numbers that are found on badges on the truck are NOT the model
numbers but indicate the carrying capacity of the vehicle. For instance 500 = 5 Tonne Capacity. The compliance plate in Fig.1 has been taken off a badged
FSR500. This is not the Model Number, the correct model number
is FSR12.
