i allway find Sport Mopeds of the 60ies are the most difficult to identify.

the engine looks like Rex FM 530 in Silber Rex KL 30 while chassis is totally different, think Rex engines were used by other makes same as with Sachs engines ?

New direction: Morini 50cc engine like here in a Peripoli Giulietta Supersport 1959:

The engine is a Motori Morini Franco (or is it the other way round?) 3CV, not to be confused with Moto Morini ( of the 3 1/2 V twins)

Could have been used by any of the following

AIM, Aprilia, Arciero, Baretta, Benvenuti, Beta, Bianchi, B.M., BSA,
Chiorda, Cimatti, Cosmo, Colt, D.M.T., F. Morini, Factory Bike (Spain),
Fantic, Garelli, Husqvarna, Intramotor, Intramotor-Gloria, Italjet,
Italvelo, Italtelai, ITOM, KTM. LEM, Macbor (Spain), Malaguti,
Mecatecno, Monark, Motobecane Sebring, Moto Gori, Moto Meteora,
Moto Müller, Moto Villa, Negrini, NVT, Omer, Oscar, Pacer, Paloma,
Peripoli, Proxon, Rivara, Scorpion, Snark, Spisni Lino, S.W.M.,
Tecnomoto, T.G.M., Titan, TM Racing, Ufo, Velomec, Viking, West Wind.

Any of those familar from a German point of view?

No, at least not in conjunction with Franco Morini.
strangely enough the moped itself looks familiar as Hercules, Zündapp or Kreidler...
