I can see an enlarged side marker on the RR fender. This, coupled with the older style rear bumper, yields a possible range of 1970-1973. The dual licence plate lamps are interesting. Not supposed to be that way on this vintage Checker. Likely a retro-fit as I doubt they would put an old style bumper on a newer car. -- Last edit: 2016-02-18 19:11:42 |

Are you sure about that, Commander 57? /vehicle_681507-Checker-Taxicab-A11-1980.html |

Not sure, of course. (It's hard to ever be TOO sure about Checkers as parts were routinely mixed and matched over the years the cab companies owned them, such switching easy to do owing to the design.) |

Which one is harder to install older/newer parts to the bumpers or to the licence plate lights position (at the body)? Edit: I haven't account for the gas cap position -- Last edit: 2016-02-18 19:23:34 |

If it cannot be determined, we usually go with first possible year. |

Green coupe on the left looks like a 1970 Dodge Monaco 500 (model name unique to Canada in 1970), also visible in right front of pcf's first two thumbnails. -- Last edit: 2016-02-20 20:49:50 |
