They were offered on both Plymouth and Dodge. 1996-1997 they were only offered on the SE Family Value LWB vans (Plymouth & Dodge). I thought originally, and mistakenly told Terra (Sorry! I just found out), that the SWB never received these wheels but in 1998 the option did appear on the SWB section of the options list. Please peruse the brochures I linked. You will not see the actual picture of these until a later brochure but in fact they are mentioned as 15 inch Citadel wheels.
