Kenworth K-104. Built in Australia. Side window threw me off too - but it seems this door/window was introduced on many Australian Kenworth models (including the K-100) around 1996-1997. However, this is a later model K-104 due to the curved (wrap-around) front window - previous K-100 models had a 4-piece front window.
