"Spanish Dodge" would mean a Barreiros truck, as the Dodge name wasn't used in Spain before late 1970s: 1978, according to this French page. Whatever the accurate year, Barreiros is still used in this 1974 Spanish article, and the movie was released in 1972... Anyway, and except for military trucks, Barreiros apparently made only COEs (es), so this truck can't be one.
