@sixcyl: I presume that VW do Brasil did not want to spend money on retooling for the T2 body, so they retain the T1 body for the T2 face. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Volkswagen_Type_2#T1 In my opinion, I think we should go for T1 unless some one else has better idea how we can catalog this unique Brazilian Volkswagen Typ 2 line.
