The Oceanic Terminal (Terminal 3), Heathrow Airport, Greater London http://avengerland.theavengers.tv/JasonKing/JK14.html (giving me reason to show one of my favourite pages on the net). Apart from imcdb obviously ;)...

Wonderful. Don't recognise the coachbuilder, can't see the front, can't see the wheels.

Karrier?

I had a vague idea about something Commer BF when I first saw it, but my knowledge is about as solid as a jellyfish. Plate never legible, but maybe livery for something using Heathrow (Oceanic Terminal - thanks Zodiac!) might be recognisable...

Those front fenders make the bus look way too old. Anyway, I don't know why, but for some reason I keep thinking of those old Daimler ambulances when I see this.

Commer BF or Karrier 98A single rear wheels and front wing shape as here 75% certain (its smaller I think than it first appears to be)...

Unusual twin rear doors which I cannot see a purpose for at the moment, some sort of hotel or transit bus?

The rear section could be enlarged to carry luggage at the expense of the final rows of rear seats.

The ambulance suggestion could be right, similar ambulance for sitting, wheelchair and stretcher users on a Karrier chassis here...

Rear doors are not the same size so bodywork could be from another maker, could be an ambulance or a bus capable of taking wheelchair users also.
