I had a vague idea about something Commer BF when I first saw it, but my knowledge is about as solid as a jellyfish. Plate never legible, but maybe livery for something using Heathrow (Oceanic Terminal - thanks Zodiac!) might be recognisable... |

Commer BF or Karrier 98A single rear wheels and front wing shape as here 75% certain (its smaller I think than it first appears to be)... /vehicle_763628-Karrier-98A.html Unusual twin rear doors which I cannot see a purpose for at the moment, some sort of hotel or transit bus? The ambulance suggestion could be right, similar ambulance for sitting, wheelchair and stretcher users on a Karrier chassis here...
