This pickup has for sure the 1958-59 front fender and what seems indeed to be the 1959 only Chevrolet fender emblem: as 1958-61 light-duty truck from Chevrolet, it has then Apache as second model name. And with this bed style, known as Stepside from 1958 onwards, it has the 3104 Chevrolet model code.
