GMC CCKW |

1942+ or 1944+ canvas-top model (sources differ, debates are still open ), with the Cargo bed. Weird combination of a long wheelbase (making it a 353) with the spare wheel behind the "cab"... ⇒ 1942 GMC CCKW 353 Cargo _____ @ tv boy: My (good? Bad?) habit is to act as "contributor only" when another admin is already handling the movie/series, but maybe you would prefer me to change the identifications of "your" pages directly? -- Last edit: 2015-09-08 21:53:08 |

Thanks eLMeR, I don't mind your doing that. Military vehicles aren't my specialty anyway, I just wanted the vehicles catalogued on one of my favorite shows of all time. |

Same vehicle? Ep. 7.8, three stars (an entire subplot takes place in or around this truck, I believe Klinger called it a "six-by" or something like that): |

From ep. 7.26, possibly the same vehicle: |

Vehicles of the episodes 7.8 and 7.26 have no winch. So most probably same models as the main one, but not the same vehicle 6x6 / six-by-six, as these trucks were 6WD models? -- Last edit: 2015-09-17 21:16:17 |

Same vehicle? Ep. 11.9, two stars: |

Last 2 pics are different GMC CCKW. Note the rear bed/fender well design. These last two are of the single rear wheel style which has been added to this dual wheel truck. The proportions looks SWB 352 but difficult to confirm from these photos. |
