Just one minute ago I've learned in my plate-collector-forum, that this (faked) plate includes a pun! :o It stands for "Luzifer" (= Lucifer). Don't ask my why. It's the private car of the commissioner in several episodes from Ludwigshafen.

I didn't. I'm too stupid and oldfashioned for these modern puns (like pl8 for plate etc.), a plate-collector-fellow wrote that.
