Seems to be a basic A8 with the W12 front grille and logo, as it hasn't got the W12 trapezoidal exhausts. Moreover, it's a 2005-07 model updated with 2008-09 front grilles and rear lights, as it has got the older side indicators in the side trim and not the 2008+ ones integrated in mirrors.
