PHU 3 details scarce but it seems registered to GREEN 1952 BENTLEY UNKNOWN SPORTS convertible, so may have been switched since last plate info update. Or this one's been butchered.

 It looks like an R-type Standard Steel Saloon to me.

It is indeed, chassis no B17 RS, an early model, supplied by Bristol Motor Co Ltd in Sept 1952, Velvet Green when new. Apparently a factory trials car.
BTW, look at the headlights, no spiders, so, according to some thinking, that makes it an S2.
