 Why 1984? 1981+ CF1 or 1984+ CF2 for sure, but as the black door handles of the CF2 can't be seen here, is there another visible clue in this picture to tell a model over the other?

 After October 1980, so 1981-84, with steel door mirrors, a CF Mk.II most likely. Nothing I can see, due to blurring, to date it better.

Before CF2 introduced in October 1984 (thicker plastic arms used).
