 Lets play a game of 'how many times a silver Optima can appear in a tail/chase scene' based on a scene from episode 1.04...

Here we are at 00:08:14 with the Optima on the motorway between the cars involved in the tail:

At 00:09:24 the Optima is seen again (in spite of how they were seen all passing the Optima when they were coming off the motorway):

At 00:09:52, there is a silver Optima seen as a parked car:

And that concludes this round. Who knew silver Optimas are to London what green Beetles are to 60s San Francisco? :D The car also makes two unrelated appearances in the chase in 1.01 (seen in main and first comment thumbs).
