EDIT 2: Also sold under the makes of Luxe and Peace (Sports), both of which have body-colored vents, and as "MFP-811"/811-150 (which have non-colored vents)

I'm just going to assume MFP-811/811-150 are the internal codes for the scooter - in the end, I'd call this a Bashan Biella, origin China made for USA.
