1958-59 Chevrolet Task-Force or GMC Blue Chip, but impossible to tell a make over the other without the grille. With the short wheelbase (114"/2.90 m), so a Chevrolet Apache 31 or a GMC 100. Plus the Stepside (Chevrolet) / Fenderside (GMC) bed option.
IMCDb usages give it the Chevrolet identity. Which means, with the Stepside option, a 3104 Chevrolet code.

A longer model (without the spare tire hole): Chevrolet Apache 32 or 36 / GMC "long 100" or 150
