Plate seems to be a 1952 issue, so fake. RHD (so ex-UK rather than sold in F??) but yellow lights. Agree P6 for wing indicators. Unusual to see these getting trashed.

I don't know why cars get labelled as made for France (or even made in France) just because they've got yellow bulbs...

Yellow lights is fairly trivial, but we do made-fors on several countries based on small light differences eg I, N, S, DK, Israel, US, CDN etc so it is consistent. And it is useful for sifting/retrieval etc - I've used it for finding out how many French Cortinas (or Italian Clubman estates!!) we have.

Ideally I'd like to see made-fors used much more regularly, eg simply to highlight something occurring in unusual place. Sometimes this works in our favour with new info eg robi's recent discovery that Escorts were assembled in Israel meant an easy sift to pull out all the made-fors and convert to made-in.
