The story of the Cortina in Italy is quite amazing: The Mk I had a very huge success and sold more that the same era German Taunus 12M (P4) This Mk II was rare and much less successfull than the Germa Taunus 12M/15M (P6) The Mk III and later were not imported as the Taunuses were imposing.
