The plate must be from another vehicle. The one shown is a 1979 Volvo 245 DL (5 door estate). 1979 because of the black and oval door mounted rear view mirrors combined with square head lights. Otherwise the black mirrors replaced similar s/s in 1978 (but that model had round headlights) while 1980 onwards had rectangular plastic ones. The square headlights were used on the entry model, only, which was the DL. The GL upwards had rectangular headlights. -- Last edit: 2015-01-12 13:22:00 |
