The red truck is a V-17A/MTQ Telephone Construction & Maintenance truck based on the Reo M34 series. The yellow truck beside it is the companion V-18A/MTQ Earth-Boring Machine & Pole Setter truck equipped with a large auger for digging holes for telephone poles. Interesting to see them together! The auger is as long as the bed but is not a wrecker boom. |
