Wouldn't this be an old U.S. Army bike? IMDB Trivia says: The Motorcycle is a Russian (Ukraine) made Dnepr -- Last edit: 2006-12-27 14:07:09 |

In the Making of featurette on the DVD, they say that they imported a couple of Dneprs from Russia, which are replicas of 1930s BMWs. In the behind-the-scenes footage the bike looks practically brand-new, they must have treated it to make it look older. Does this look over 60 years old? ![]() |

Bon... |

--Dnepr(named after a Russian river):made by KMZ(Kijevskij Motorsiklij Zavod=Kiev's Motorcycles Factory) --Ural(named after a Russian mountain's chain):made by IMZ(Irbitskij Motorsiklij Zavod=Irbit's Motorcycle Factory) So,if Dnepr or Ural, they have same BMW-flat-boxer-twin-patterned power unit, but were bikes built in two different plants |

It's supposed to be a WWII U.S. Army bike that Andrew Largeman (Zach Braff) inherited from his grandfather. |

Replacement:![]() If it doesn't work, I have the original shot as well. |

The original shot is better. |

Here you go:![]() I liked the one I originally chose a bit more since it seemed closer to the camera, but I had this one as a backup anyways. |

Thanks, it would've been a good shot if it weren't in the nighttime which is why I preferred the other one shot in the daytime. |
