Yes, front vent windows were optional on all Pacers (including the wagons). Vents were standard in the rear windows on wagons. In the movie Oh, God!, John Denver drives a red Pacer wagon without front vents, but in one scene the car magically turns into a red Pacer wagon WITH front vents.
