Plate looks Nxx0 MCW/NCW - both 95 Preston issues. Can't match combination of spoiler, tints, wash/wipe, body colour bumpers and mid blue metallic to a special edition, but probably a small engine - rear window has green P plate used for newly passed drivers. |
