Both the F-250/350 came in Crew Cab for the 1978-1979 model years. Both have 8 lug wheels. The only difference between the two was the bed length with this cab configuration. The F-250 Crew Cab came in the 6 3/4' bed while the F-350 Crew Cab came in the 8' bed. By the thumb the truck appears to have the 6 3/4' bed thus making this an F-250 Crew Cab: Link to "www.oldcarmanualproject.com" -1979 brochure detailing bed/cab configurations.
