With a very nice trolley-bus (Italian?) behind. |

By the way, why "Made for Italy"? |

I didn't know where this was filmed bud guessed on Italy. The name Amazon was only used in Sweden and the Scandinavian countries hence the made for-tag. |

Officially, the action takes place in London (for us, one useless stock shot), in Paris (the four first pics), in Geneva (from the Caravelle & Renault to the front of the Plymouth), and in Athens (Greece) until the end. And that is what we see on film, the places are recognizable. Maybe (nothing is said in the credits or on the IMDb page about filming locations) some outdoor shooting has taken place in Italy but I seriously doubt of that. |

Looks like the new fender badge that reads Volvo 121 / Volvo 122 S instead of Amazon / Amazon S from september 1958 outside Scandinavia (1962-1964 in Scandinavia). 1961 was the last year for white indicators. I'd guess those are Greek letters on the building so I would say 1959-1961 Made for: GR. |
