Club Coupe from 1988 until 1996, indeed. The 1996 brochure and price list are the last documents to use that name. 1997+ literature use Extended cab, as you say. GMC called this cab style Club Coupe. Elmer has mentioned this was the naming convention from 1988-1996/7 when it became Extended Cab. I believe it was 1997.

Club Coupe from 1988 until 1996, indeed. The 1996 brochure and price list are the last documents to use that name. 1997+ literature use Extended cab, as you say.
