Has 70 XVK plates, chassis XKC018, bought new by Juan Manuel Fangio in October 1952 through Jaguar's Belgian distributor and sipped to Argentina. Metallic Bronze colour is original, has never been wrecked or rebodied. Restored in 1980s, retaining original chassis and body numbers, and may be the most original surviving C-Type in terms of retaining features and components from when it left the factory in 1952. |
