That was the only year that the 2003-2007 grille was used in combination with the 1992-2003 style turn signal lenses. For 2004-2007, these lenses were all-amber. It's an E-150 and as one can tell by the wheels, the van in the second thumbnail is a different one. 5.21 : 6.16 : 9.18 , though I guess according to FordGuy's comment above, this would be a 2004+:
