This car has a third brakelight. Could this have been an aftermarket job since this car was built before the federally mandated third brake light of 1986? |

@Snookie: I know I'm a bit late but the third brake light is indeed an aftermarket item. As for the Payless Shoe Store in the third thumbnail. That's at the corner of Cesar Chavez Avenue (it was known as Brooklyn Ave. at the time) and Soto. That building is still EXACTLY the same up to the present day. I used to ride the bus by there during my early high school days. |
