So should any of these be listed as Harleys like some of them already have been?

No, there is nothing Harley about the Orange County bikes. They are custom built from the ground up - I don't know who supplies the engines.

This would apply only to those that can be definately identified with Orange County Choppers or another maker. Many Chopper bikes (especially old ones) may well be modified Harleys.

All the choppers on this page are from Orange County Choppers.

I think so. The first one definately is but I can't recognize the other riders and that is the only way I can tell if the are Orange County or not.

They are all definetely OCC bikes. I saw this TV series and in the final episode, Ewan and Charley visit the OCC workshop and ride some of the bikes.

I think some of them have Harley engines, but the body is completely custom-made, so they aren't really Harleys.
