Interesting sequence. So we have a 92 Rover 820 in a 95 film. Then plate is reissued in 2001 to another Rover - coincidence or deliberate?? Is there a clue for how the Spanish system operates?? Can an owner retain a plate for their next car?? Is it similar to UK's cherished plate system where you can retain a favourite number for a fee?? |
