It isn't Bis, but normal 2 door version in 1988+ form. It looks like cars with both types of badges were to meet in Turkey - Italian and Polish ones. Unfortunately it is impossible to find pic of car with complete set of badges. EDit: but after 1987 only Polish ones had to be used and badging of this mint condition "Turkish" car: /vehicle.php?id=1385758 (no "126p" badge) suggests it was named even FSM 650 E there.
