datsunZ ◊ 2006-11-18 22:37	None Cortina Mk III sold in Italy(of that car Ford Italiana--Importer--imports only Taunuses no Cortinas) By grille seems a 1600 XL or GXL trim(1970-1973,former TC unified body style series shown pointed-nose grille shape--recalls that of 1970 US-made Ford 500 Custom)

chris40 ◊ 2008-11-18 22:06	Cortina GXLs (and IIRC GTs) of this vintage had four round headlights, not two round and two oblong like this. Also the Knudsen-nase of the Cortina was broader, and the roofline slightly different.
